Our projects

North Lanarkshire, Scotland

We are excited to start the preparations of a new Agroforestry site in North Lanarkshire. We plan to plant 5000 trees over a 2-3 years period, adding to the existing surounding ancient woodland.

2 Hectare site identified

Working in partnership with Ravenscraig Ltd we plan to establish a 3-hectare broadleaf woodland and agroforestry site.

Project update

Containing a mature pear tree (Pyrus Communis L) already, we hope to expand the diversity of fruit trees on the site.

We hope to add Bees to increase the biodiversity of the area too...

We have worked with Forestry Scotland to reuse old tree guards to minimise the number of guards making their way to landfill, and to minimise our own carbon footprint for our project!

How the woodland will look...

With a planned 3000 trees planted this project it will provide a visually stunning woodland that, once established, will provide enhanced habitat for local wildlife and increased biodiversity.
